How to use Easy Gmail Signature?

It’s easy – by following the steps:

1. Use online editor to create Gmail signature as you like:

• You can to format text, insert tables, hyperlinks to signature and more
• Premium account users can add pictures  to signatures
• Here is an example of the signature you can create:

2. Receive unique link to the signature you have created

• On the next screen you see the unique link to your email signature.
• You can manually copy it or we can simply email it to your Gmail or any other mailbox. Enter your email address, click “Send” – viola! – all the needed details are in your mailbox!
• You will also receive some random password. This will be needed if you wish to change your email signature later.

3. Put the HTML signature on your Gmail mailbox

• In your Gmail account go to Settings -> select the “Labs” tab (doesn’t work in Internet Explorer)

or simply go to https://mail.google.com/mail/?shva=1#settings/labs

• find in the list the “Add any gadget by URL” and click “Enable”

• Click “Save changes“.
• Return to Gmail Settings.  Now you can find “Gadgets” between the tabs.
• Copy the unique link to the signature you have created into the URL field. Click “Add”.

4. Use your personalized signature!

• Now you see a small window with your signature on the left side of Gmail mailbox. You can copy it with the Ctrl+A , Ctrl+C and then paste it any place you wish in your letter. You can also drag and drop the selected Gmail signature to any place in the letter!
• In Internet Explorer we added the “Copy” button, it does the copy for you. Unfortunately FireFox does not support it, but we will definitely think of something!
